CMV ADN-PCR – calitativ (sange/lichid amniotic/secretie genitala/vilozitati coriale) (CMVPCR)

– swab: use PCR vial;
– blood: EDTA-monovette, sterile withdraw;
– throat smear; swab (let it dry for 2 hours, do not use swab containers using preservatives, f.e. gel);
– urine: approx. 19 ml of mid-stream urine in sterile urine vial without additives, no uricult;
– amniotic fluid/chorionic villi, bronchial lavage: sterile container. – DBS – dry blood spot; – umoare apoasa
